TSA Recruit & Hire - Employer Brand Website
Our goal was to modernize the current online recruitment portal and amplify TSA as an employer brand while supporting its recruitment and hiring initiatives, creating a seamless experience for candidates and employees seeking information about TSA career paths, promotions and more. We initiated a photography overhaul better representative of the diversity found in employees and their duties, and conducted a photoshoot at JFK airport.
